End-to-end ICT solutions provider, Reflex Solutions raises capital and original founders are back in control.
"All the stakeholders felt that it was in Reflex's best interest to be under the control and leadership of the founders and to ensure that the business is correctly capitalised for its next growth phase. With Reflex Solutions' consistent growth and expansion, the founders saw it fit to invest further in the business and bring it back fully under their fold," says Greg Wilson, Reflex Solutions CEO.
True to its vision of providing seamless end-to-end ICT solutions Reflex Solutions is practising what it promises its clients - assuming complete control of all its clients’ ICT challenges.
"The success the business has shown over the past couple of years made it an easy decision for the original shareholders to reinvest. The growth that the company has shown is such that they felt it is the perfect time to take control once again," Wilson adds.
Reflex's operations cover Johannesburg, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and Durban. Its blue-chip customer base spans the retail, logistics, education, telecommunications and financial services industries.
Reflex Solutions has designated the Internet Service Providers' Association (ISPA) as an agent to receive notifications of infringements as defined in Section 77 of the Act
